Simple Home Workout Routine

Many people, including myself (Dr. Levi), got really out of shape when the pandemic started. My routine was disrupted and I didn’t adapt. This led to weight gain, injuries and just not feeling myself. In time, I started a simple, home based fitness regimen that helped me get my day started on the right track.
